The services conceded from ZThinkers must be returned within ————– days from the date they have been delivered to the customer. The product must be returned as received or in its original condition along with the packing material, the courier receipts, invoice and other necessary papers that were received earlier in that regard.

Refund

Once the product/invoice/papers are justly received by ZThinkers, the company will start processing immediately for the impending refund, and ensure that the refund reaches to your source, which may be a banking account or any other electronic account within the next few working days.

Refund and Cancellation service for Service Provider company

As the services are provided on the norms of “NO REFUND, NO CANCELLATION”, the cancellation process or refund processes would be initiated once the payments are made.

Cancellation Policy

It is advised to note that the cancellation process for a service or product would be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, no cancellation request will be entertained or attended after 24 hours. However, return is possible on orders or products.

The customer can decide to cancel the orders before they are shipped or dispatched. Once the product/s is/are dispatched, the customer cannot cancel the process. However, return processing can be initiated by the customer after receiving the product.

Shipping & Delivery

ZThinkers ships its Service/products to almost all parts across India, and other parts of the worlds. The orders that have been placed will be delivered/dispatched for shipping to the addresses within specified time mentioned on the order process. We ship on all days except Sundays and national holidays.

Zthinkers mainly deliver the service details in digital form over digital transmission medium but for physical products according to the requirement, we follow the below guidelines. 

For all the areas serviced by prominent couriers, the delivery time would come about 3 to 4 business days from shipping (excluding Sundays and national and other holidays). For remote areas or other areas that the leading couriers do not access, the products will be shipped through post and may take 1 or 2 weeks to deliver based on the location. Any unprecedented logistic challenges or communication troubles may result in unexpected delays, for which the company would not be liable, and would request the clients or customers to comply or cooperate with ZThinkers, as the company would keep trying its best to overcome such nuisance. Also, ZThinkers reserves the rights to cancel your order(s) at its sole discretion in cases where it may take longer to reach than usual delivery schedules or shipments are physically untraceable, as well as if the refund amount is accordingly paid for a cancellation of the product or service order to the client’s payment source or account.
